Earthly Goods was established in 1985, after a lengthy period of research, when the proprietor was keen to source purified water for his family – at a time when domestic systems were something of a rarity. The aim was to offer a complete service to supply and install water purification systems, including after sales support.
Over the years the range has grown, as has the customer base, and the now grown-up children have come on board to assist.
Started by Len Timbrell, the business serves over 1000 customers over the UK today, and continues to offer the full customer support service that Len set out to provide all of those years ago. Offering supply, installation and ongoing maintenance if needed, Earthly Goods covers all of the British Isles from the Cambridgeshire base.
In early 2016, Zoe joined on a part time basis to support the growth of the business, and look at new ways to help serve Earthly Good’s customers. To date this has included the addition of accepting card payments, creation of the new website, and implementation of a new accounting system, that enables email invoices and filter change reminders.
